Park Bom (2NE1) "Follow Me" Inspired Tutorial pt. 2

This is the second part of my "Follow Me" inspired tutorial.  I'm going to show you how to do Park Bom's makeup ^^

 Fresh face
Step one: Foundation, concealer, and eyelid primer (fill in your brows if you  need to as well)
You want your skin to look flawless!  Conceal any imperfections and dark circles.  You also want to prime your eyes since we will be using colors that need to be bright.
(I used: L'egere White Multi BB Cream, Sephora Mattifying Foundation, Amazing Cosmetics Concealer, elf Eyelid Primer
 Step two:  Taking a light purple eyeshadow, you want to cover about 2/3rd of your lids.  Go a little bit over your crease line.  You don't need to worry about blending yet (;
(I used: The purple shade in the Clinique Colour Surge Eyeshadow Trio)
Step three: Now take a light blue color and fill in the remaining 1/3rd and bring it out about a centimeter from the outermost corner of your eye.
(I used: The light blue shade in Rimmel London's Glam Eyes Quad Eye Shadow # 021)
How it looks like eyes open.
Step four:  Using that same light blue shade, bring it up above the previous blue and the purple.  It should be sort of an outline around your previous eyeshadow.
Step Five: Take a black cream or a gel liner and line your upper and lower waterline.  Also line the innermost corners of your eyes.
(I used: elf Cream Eyeliner)
Step Six:  Using the eyeliner, line your lower lash line and line the outer part of the inner corner of your eye.
 Straight on view.
Step Seven: Line your upper lash line moderately thick.
Step Eight:  Now create a winged effect that connects the liner from your upper lash line and your lower lash line.  Extend it out about a centimeter and a half from the outermost corner of your eye.
Step Nine: Create a second wing extending from the liner on your lower lash line.  You want to start about 3/4th of a centimeter before your outermost corner.  Extend this out about one and 1/3rd of a centimeter.
Step Ten: Curl your lashes and apply mascara to your upper and lower lashes.  Apply a nude color to your lips and top with a sheer nude gloss.
That's it (:
I hope you enjoyed this two part tutorial!
